Property Accessibility Information

All renovations on this mid-19th home were made with universal design and accessibility in mind wherever possible. 

Throughout the house all doorknobs, shower and bathroom fixtures including toilets are accessible and ADA compliant. There is a ramp at the front drop off for all to use leading to the South Patio. Guests may enter the home through double doors with an ADA threshold. The first floor common areas are barrier-free with two accessible bathrooms.

All bedrooms are located on the second floor and are not wheelchair accessible. There are 20 steps with a landing in between to reach guest rooms. There are also two steps down to get to Room #5. Guests need to be certain about their capabilities in negotiating steps.
